Using the DVD and equipment is easy. And, you definately get some results. However, after two weeks of use the foam on the pull-up bar started to split and caused damaged to my door molding. Also, the push-up rotating pads work but not that smoothly. The equipment works but the quality is poor.

I love my powerbell. It is a fast an effective way to lose weight. You have the option to change how much weight you want to use so as you progress you can add on more weight which is a great feature and it requires little to no room to store.
