1. Can't Open Downloaded Manual

The model number is located on the front cover of your manual, and on the serial number decal.
Fold treadmill into upright position. There will be a white or a silver decal located on the frame in one of the following positions:
On the right side opposite the power cord.
Inside of the upright base on the right side of the treadmill.
The serial number may be located on a white or a silver decal in one of the following positions:
Below the power cord on a white or a silver decal.
On the right hand corner at the base of the treadmill.
On the left side frame of the treadmill where the upright mounts to the bottom frame at base of treadmill.
The serial number on a system may be located in two locations:
On a white or a silver decal on the main frame under the seat or the backrest.
On a white or a silver decal on the main frame along the floor.
There are three possible locations for a serial number on a bike. These are:
Look for a white or silver decal on the base frame at the rear of the bike.
On a white or a silver decal on the tube that connects to the seat post of the bike.
On a white or a silver decal on the main frame under the seat.
The most common place to find your model and serial number is on a white or a silver sticker on the bottom of the upright bar that holds the monitor.
You will also want to look at the vertical, main frame bar that lays parallel to the floor.
The model number and serial number on an elliptical machine can be found in one of three places:
The serial number may be on the main bracket on a white or a silver sticker at the rear of the machine.
The serial number may be on a white or a silver sticker on the main frame under the left pedal arm.
The model number and serial number decal may be located on the inside of the bottom main frame under the pedal arms.
You will find your model number and serial number on your portable spa on the bottom side of the jet pack
The model number and serial number decal will be located on the main frame of the spa on the access cover.
Only massage chairs have a model number and serial number decal. These decals are usually located on the main frame underneath the seat.
Other products that are not serviceable, such as magnetic pillows do not have serial numbers.
We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes with internet orders. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes. Our on-line order system can't determine what size of box your order will ship in. Another reason is that we ship items, like treadmill lubricant, that cannot be shipped through the US postal service.

Your order will arrive within two weeks of the date you purchased it, unless the product is out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
We ship heavy items by Roadway and Old Dominion freight lines. Lighter products are shipped by UPS.

We can only guarantee curbside delivery. You'll have to take it from there. Some assembly is required on most of our equipment. We do offer an in-home delivery assembly service in many locations. Please call 1-888-742-0128 for details.
We give a 30-day trial period on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason please call 1-866-896-9777 to set up a return. Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, put your machine back in the box and take it to your curb to be picked up. We will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine and upon receipt at our warehouse we will refund the purchase price (price of machine and tax) less to and from shipping charges. If you were not charged for shipping on your initial delivery you will only be charged for the return shipping fee. A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returned merchandise.
All products must be returned in good condition, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories or an addition 10% charge may be added. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse.
