Great Work Out!

I used mine until it finally wore out. I loved the way that it was so easy to store, after using it. And, it is so light weight that you can move it to anywhere in the house. Had a hard time figuring out how to set it up. I would like it better if there were some kind of workout instructions or DVD included.

Great workout, small space

This is a surprising little machine. For those who need instructions...they are in the bag...it's not rocket science. I have been working out for 30 years and recently had to ease up...it's perfect while reading a book (kill two birds with one workout) or if one uses the cords it gets the heart pump... (Read more)

I had the same experience as others--no problem setting up, but couldn't figure out how to get the pedals to move. Nordic Track referred me to Weidner, who makes the stepper.
