Workout Intensity Control

This is the best treadmill ever. It has a huge motor, Tons of features as well. Don't underestimate the fan. It seems gimicky but I love it! Don't be scared by how big it is. It must weigh 300 lbs but once you start using it you'll never go without it. It has everything. The features are better than the gym! I think it's better than running outside. The cushioning is fantastic and I can make it stiffer if I want it to feel like running on the road but it feels so nice to have it soft. The motor is great. I was looking for a treadmill with a big motor because I'm a big guy, I found this and am very pleased. For the price I feel I got a great deal compared to other machines with similar features. Runs great is quiet and smooth. I love the Machine.

Fast delivery,although very heavy, it was easy to assemble. Not brought inside the house, but to the garage. Features are ok, not the greatest. Accurate discription with modern features light years ahead of my very old ProForm machine that was still running fathfully after many years of use (my reason for selecting another ProForm). I had a Proform 775 EKG and that one was quite a bit sturdier than this one. This one is definately quieter and more comfortable to run on though. I do like all the different workout programs. This treadmill is a beast. I am a fairly large man and can't believe how sturdy this thing is. I run (not very fast) and the cushioning and stability is like no other treadmill i have ever run on. For the price, this has got to be the best treadmill out there.

To start off with, the treadmill is sturdy, but when you are running the clacking sound that comes from the base is very very loud. It feels cheap. The "big moter" doesn't feel powerful at all. I trained for a 10K first on the treadmill, and then did speedwork on it for my 1st 1/2 marathon. Performs great.
The 'one touch' speed & incline adjusters are a great feature. I use the pre-programed workouts on a regular basis, love those!

I love this treadmill. I have put about 100 miles in it in a couple of months. Its pretty quiet, very powerful and it has enough feature to vary my cardio workouts.
