The sales process was fast and easy. My salesperson was very helpful and informative as i wasn't sure what i was looking for in a treadmill.

Smooth running, quiet and just the right size for the room.
I enjoy exercising on the treadmill. I use it every day for about 45 min to 1 hour. Good workout to maintain my weight.

The machine is fine for the money I spent, so far my only complaint is that my water bottle does not sit well....keeps falling over. But, trying to get customer service on the phone is almost impossible. Proform needs to have more operators.

Absolutely awesome. Great investment. If this is a discontinued treadmill, I can only imagine what the 2012 machines are like!! I gave it 4 stars only because at this price, it should have ifit included! We are going to defintely get fit with this machine!

This treadmill is so comfortable with the shocks when you run. My ipod works great while the fan keeps me cool. I am looking forward to getting the ifit accessory next. So far this is a great treadmill...better than expected.
