The purchase experience was great - the Proform salesperson was wonderful and helped me decide on this elliptical.
As I am not technical, I wish I would have purchased the Platinum shipping with assembly as I struggled to put it together.

So far so good! Nice and smooth makes running on it easy. The fan keeps you nice & cool and loving the MP3 speakers. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the miles show up in revolutions, but I hear a lot of ellipticals do. Other than that it's great!

I've had my 890E for about two weeks now and I am loving it! The item arrived quickly and it was fairly easy to assemble, there are lots of pieces but the directions were clear. Great purchase experience - the only mark against it was that i was missing a piece in the box. I called customer service and they expedited the part quickly.
Once assembled, the machine is great! I am getting good results!
