This elliptical is awesome! I especially like the workouts available on ifit live. Every day i wake up to a different workout that pushes me to work harder. It is just like having a personal trainer at home - I can't believe the results that i am seeing already!

I travel for my job often, however when I am home I have the convience to use in the comforts of my own home. I love the treadmill. It is very smooth! Awesome!

I expected the best from ProForm. I have purchased a ProForm Recumbent Bike in the past and still use it and love it. I was very excited to order this elliptical.

This is truly a great workout! I was fairly active with walking and dancing before this machine. However, I struggled to get to 2 minutes when I first started using this elliptical. I am up to 45 minutes and I look great! I workout while watching my videos so the time goes really fast.
