2 Heart Rate Workouts
Heart Rate Workouts help you stay in your target heart rate zone—increasing the resistance when you need to raise your heart rate and decreasing your resistance when you need to lower your heart rate. These workouts will help you stay on track to meet your fitness goals.

This thing works great! I am SO happy with it! In fact, I've gotten into fantastic shape using it and I've been able to do so without putting more strain on my knees.
