The 1050 STS comes with 20 Personal Trainer workouts that automatically adjust the resistance of the elliptical to focus on aerobic, weight loss, or performance goals. I have had other ellipticals in the past, cheaper models for sure, and they have done exactly what cheap machines do - fall apart. I have had this one for 6 months and I am loving it!
