This is a solid , stable and really nice exercise bike. A great deal!
Weighs over 100 lbs so it's sturdy and not flimsy at all!

I hauled my old bike to the street because it was a piece of junk (not from this company). This one was easier to assemble (my only difficulty was trying to get the wires arranged so they weren't going to get damaged later on).

You couldn't ask for a better bike , I place my I Pod in the rack and listen to good tunes a 10 miles later I have a a very good work out very sturdy and made very good.

I had a spinning bike that I did not like at all; the pedals kept falling off! This bike lets me adjust the tension of the pedals to push myself further or ease up. It's large enough and sturdy enough to feel stable, yet small enough to fit in my apartment. I've been very pleased with it so far.

The purchase experience was painless! I do either 45 or 60 minutes a day, the 45 minute program is a good one, or 2 30 min. programs. I love the fact that it tells me how fast I should be going, and the one minute time is perfect!
It's exactly what I wanted, and needed!! I've lost 25 lbs!!!!

I wish the handle bars had adjustment forward and back. I cannot lean forward comfortably as far as needed because of abdominal surgery. Older people with limited mobility might find it uncomfortable as well
