It took about a month for me to get my machine. After a few calls it was determined that the first shipment was lost and they sent another out right away. Took about 2 weeks to receive, as promised. Once it arrives, you can choose to assemble yourself, or call a technician to do it (the number's inside the box). To assemble, you will need a Philip's head screwdriver. They also recommend a rubber mallet, which they do not instruct you to use at any tim... (Read more)

This is a great model, but the arms always have to be tightened, it squeaks, and the batteries run out constantly.

Great Machine

Bought mine at ______ for less _____ didn't have to worry about shipping cost or damage. Put it togather in less then two hours. I work out about three times a week the machine is very sturdy and I have no wobbling. Haven't had it long enough to know if I need the adapter but if so I will buy one.
