This Elliptical is such a great machine. The features are perfect! The one that has helps me the most is the program that tells you to work harder or slow down. Its so much easier not to have to worry if I am working out hard enough. The light lets me know if I have to step it up or slow it down. The 10 different programs help me get the best workout I can.
The FX 5 Elliptcal is the best one I have ever been on. It's so smooth and gives me such a great workout. There are so many options to choose from with this machine. The resistance is so easy to adjust. Just one touch of the button and I have a different workout.
