In order to get great results you need two-- Cardio and Resistance. With the ProForm 650 T SpaceSaver elliptical you get the best low impact cardio workout and targeted resistance all at the same time. The 650 T has three different settings that change the shape and the resistance of your workout. The short setting delivers resistance to your thighs shaping and toning them. The middle setting puts the focus on your hips and core slimming and defining your hips and abs. Finally, the long setting focuses on your backside giving you great legs and a great butt. All of this targeted resistance occurs while you are getting an incredible calorie burning cardio workout. Best of all, when you're done with your workout you can fold it up and roll it out of the way. It really is the Perfect Workout.
