This bike makes working out fun!! I have never used a machine that I was excited to get on and workout. The Games make you want to keep going and they keep your mind off what you are really doing. Who would ever think that you could have fun this much fun working out? The heart rate monitor keeps me up to where I need to be in order to get the best workout I can.

I was looking for a machine that was comfortable and easy on my joints. The seat is adjustable so me and my spouse can both use the same machine. The seat is padded so I don't get uncomfortable and can keep going. While I am watching my favorite TV show, I just sit there and workout instead of feeding my face. This machines is so easy on my joints that they don't hurt when I get off. And the games, just and added bonus to a great machine you are already getting.

I got this machine for physical therapy. The first time I used it, I could not believe how nice and smooth this bike is. The padded pedals are seat makes the machine so much easier to use. I am so glad that it has the "target pacer" in order to help me. I am not motivated to keep working out but it helps me know what I have to do in order to get the workout I need to get into shape.

The 5.0 R Recumbent Bike was a good investment that I made. I am trying to lose weight and this is so easy that anyone can use this machine. Its comfortable and one touch of a button and I can get different resistance and do different programs. I just wanted a machine that is easy to use but gives me a good workout and this is the machine to do just that. I would recommend this bike to anyone in any shape or condition.
