I got the machine, and I really like it for the features and I imagine how quiet it "could" be. I received my A.C.T about a week ago. What a great machine! smooth, quality construction. I was amazed at how quiet is was. I'm so glad that I purchased this machine. The sale price is unreal. If your on the fence, hop down and buy this machine.

Great Machine

Bought this in Jan. It went on sale 3 days later. NordicTrack was great. Gave me the sale price with no problem. Fast shipping. Easy to use,quiet, nice compact size. Adjustable stride is a nice option. iFit cards are fun and easy to use.Love it!

Can't really rate this yet until I put it together. But I can't release this unless I do. Just fair warning, if u buy this from their site it comes in a box with a million pieces. More to come, this weekend we attempt to put it together.

The A.C.T. Elliptical is built well, and I like the natural feel of the center drive--it has the feel more like a rear drive, for those people that prefer a rear drive to a front drive model. I have nothing bad to say about the A.C.T Elliptical. It came with alot of parts, but it wasnt hard to put together. My husband had it put together in an hour. I purchased this model at the sale price which I noticed they seem to have often. So far I am very pleased with this machine but it does have a few faults. The 22 inch stride is great for my because I'm taller than average so the stride feels comfortable. I don't really care about working the different muscle groups, I just wanted a machine that had a comfortable stride. I don't think this is as pretty as some of the other Nordictrack ellipticals but the 22" stride is fantastic and it is uber smooth. My mother tried it at my house and ordered one last night. Buy it, you won't regret getting this machine

It's as smooth as any machine I've tried at the gym. It doesn't seem quite as heavy duty as some of the big ellipticals at the gym but it's less than half the price. I've used it for about one month now with no problems. So far I'm very happy

The ACT has been fun to use. I stick with the 20 inch stride most of the time as it's the most comfortable to me. It's kind of an ugly elliptical compared to some of the others but it fits in my room better becuase it's shorter. Plus it has a longer stride than any rear elliptical I have seen. So fa...
