Its a work out

Ive had this for about four weeks now I've been riding is for four weeks everyday so far. I started at one and now up to 8 for twenty minutes at a time. It does build up your strength over time. Great workout

I purchased the bike July 2008 per my doctor's request after arthroscopic knee surgery. Can't use the treadmill anymore. I'm at 45 minutes every day. It's a great workout. The bike is comfortable and durable. I would recommend to anyone.

I'm very happy with the bike. I get a thorough and comfortable work-out every time. I have some disk damage in my lower back, so running is not an option for me. This is the most use I have ever had out of a piece of excersize equipment. It works smooth and quiet. It took me 3 hours to assemble by myself and I figured that that was part of the exercise that I would get.The only criticism is that the seat is still to hard for me. But my wife doesnt agree.
