Good beginning but can't hear narrative

Started Level 1 and have completed 4 weeks at 3 sessions per week; just finished 12th workout. I like the progressive treadmill control of speed and incline with a warm-up and cool-down period for each session. I also like seeing the effects on heartrate. I love the workouts

I did the first level and also could not even hardly get started on the 2nd level due to the jump it makes. I actually started level 1 over again but doing all of the first week in 1 day. Level 3 kicks my butt!

I bought the three pack to save money and just thought I'd start with the level 3 just for fun. Whew! it kicked my butt. Level 1 is a great place to start. I two weeks I've dropped 5 1/2 pounds and 1 1/2 inches from my waste.

I hoped Jillian would talk a little more

These are a great value though I wish Jillian would give more insight and personal instruction. She does walk you through work out and give motivation though.I'm half way through level one and I've lost about 12 pounds. I have tried to cut out sugar and so I'm sure that's helping as well. Big Jump Between Level 1 and Level 2

I had no problem getting through all 24 sessions of Level 1 with a max speed of 3.5 mph. But I couldn't even come close to being able to get through the 1st session of Level 2. Jillian and I have a love/hate relationship

I'm glad I purchased the 3 level pack. I'm on Week 3 and have lost 12 lbs. I've developed a love/hate relationship with Jillian. I get in an awesome workout on my elliptical and really work up a sweat. I love it but I hate it. All at the same time. Can't wait to get to Level 2.

agreed about big jump between level 1 and 2

I agree with the other reviewer. Level 1 does not in any means prepare you for level 2. Not even close. I also kept waiting to be taken up to 5 mph to walk, not run, but it never did. (level 1).
