Overall, a good experience

Not dissapointed

I bought this treadmill after owning another pro form for over 12 years. I was so afraid of buying a new one for fear of it being a lemon. So far the Pro-form Pro 2500 is working out just fine. I have to say I am not dissapointed with purchasing this treadmill. So far so good.

This is a GREAT treadmill......so why only 2 stars? I bought it for the sole purpose of using ifit BUT ifit is a POS. It does not work, customer service is nonexistant - please read reviews on ifit before making this purchase. You will be saving yourself a major headache and a lot of money.
