Delivery was timely and I was able to track the order rather easily. I signed a service contract ot have someone assemble the product. It was a little expensive but he was very professional.

The purchase process was seamless - the delivery was as expected. I assembled this myself - fairly strightforward, helps to have a second set of hands.
So far it's operating perfectly - i've already lost 30 lbs using this elliptical!

Truthfully I didn't think I'd find an affordable elliptical machine equal to the one I was using at the gym. The Pro-form 990 CSE gives a great workout. I've been very satisfied with the performance of this elliptical.

An Intense Workout!

I had used the elliptical trainer at a hotel and decided it met my needs for a more intense workout. It has definitely done that.
Works great. It is definitely solid and stable. It gives a wide range of intensities and special area programs.

This elliptical is awesome! I love the pre-programmed settings and workouts. I feel like i got a great total body workout when i'm done with them.

The purchase was great - delivery and assembly went smoothly.
