Wonderful Machine and solid construction

I really love this machine. nice construction. Had a few issues due to mistake of a service man at set up but once we got in a new service man and got it fixed it is the best elliptical I have been on. Good...When it works.

I've only had this machine for the past 3 months and I enjoy it. The programs are a nice touch and the built-in fan is a pleasure, however, I have had a couple of issues with it since purchase. Despite the problems, it is a good purchase for under $1,000.

Very well made

I've used it almost everyday for 9 months and love it. The stride is very comfortable. It does all we need it too without any trouble. The incline ramp is a nice feature as well. I like to raise it to about 20 percent because it makes the stride fit me better.

When the equipment was shipped, they fixed everything we found some noise in the back dome, then we called customer service,the representative sent a spare part bearing-equipment by mail.
