The purchase and delivery process went very smoothly through Proform.
I use my treadmill to walk on....and had another Pro Form for 15 years....when it broke I purchased another..
Very nice, and great for my uses...I walk an hour a day to keep my blood sugar down...

I love the way the treadmill works. It was difficult to put together but works perfectly.
I use my treadmill every day and stay on it a lot longer than my previous treadmill. It runs so smooth that I can walk on it for miles!

I am a retired stay at home dad with a 14 year old son. This machine helps me stay fit to raise him. The programs are great - the ifit is an awesome addition. No matter your age 14 - 62 it works well.

Once we got it downstairs (my 16yr old son) and myself, I got it together by myself! Very easy to use and I feel a difference even after three days. Quick shipment. Not too heavy that two people can't get it to whatever room you want. 1 1/2 hours to put together on my own. Would take much less if I had to do it again.

I just got my Pro-Form Performance 400 today. My 1st Box was missing handle bars and the incline did not work, so I got it replaced the same day from the sports store. The Technician assembled it in 30 mins! Wow!

The directions reference parts with numbers however the parts aren't labeled in any way and for some reason they all have zip ties on them. The machine seems to be of good quality and its large but sturdy.
