Not the highest quality

Using the DVD and equipment is easy. And, you definately get some results. However, after two weeks of use the foam on the pull-up bar started to split and caused damaged to my door molding. Also, the push-up rotating pads work but not that smoothly. The equipment works but the quality is poor.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PIECES OF EQUMENT IVE BOUGHT IT GOES WITH ME EVERYWHERE ALL I NEED IS A DOOR FRAME WELL WORTH THE MONEY
