Comments: Once we got it downstairs (my 16yr old son) and myself, I got it together by myself! Very easy to use and I feel a difference even after three days. I didn't get the pole in underneath so I can't fold up (that was the only trouble I had)Has everything on it I could want without spending big bucks. The delivery guy was even awesome and brought into the living room at no charge. Glad I got this.
