Comments: I wanted a new treadmill, a substantial one and not the cheapo one we had in the basement collecting dust. I did my research and initial decided on the Pro-Form Performance 400. My husband and I even went to look at it at our local sporting good store. However, I purchased the Performance 1450 and oh how happy I am for that decision. Even my husband, who never used the old treadmill uses this one every day. Its smooth, quiet with so many workout options and all the EXTRAs that come with it. And we are BOTH losing weight.
