Comments: Bought spin bike in early summmer to ride because I have neck problems and can't risk going down on my rode bike. I reversed the handel bars so my posture is more upright and added a wireless Cateye Vectra computer to track my speed and miles. Just passed 1,500 last week. I have the bike on my back deck that looks out over a creek, so it is like riding outside. Bought a barbeque cover to keep it clean and wipe it down after every ride. Average 1-1.5 hours 2-3 times a week. This bile gives me an awesome workout and work recommend it to anyone.
