Comments: I bought the Tour de France in December 2011. I used the bike for over a year before I had a problem. The console went dead on me February 28th 2013. As I had purchased an extended warranty with the bike I called and went through very fast to a customer representative. After a couple of minutes on the phone the representative agreed that I needed a new console and I received a new console March 7th. A technician in Houston called me on March 5th to scheduled an apointment to installed the console. This is the best customer service call I made in a long time. Many companies should learn from Pro-Form on How to trteat their customers.
