Complete Ab Workout

Comments: I usually don't purchase products off of TV spots, however with the Ab Glider spot I was intrigued with the full range of motion that it offered. I have used other ab products on the market and didn't feel like my abs were worked as well as they could be. After the first workout, my hopes were confirmed. A few minutes with this machine and my abs were on fire. I've lost several inches from my mid section and i feel great!
