A Terrific Treadmill

Comments: The Proform 1450 is a terrific home treadmill. I did quite a bit of research on various models before selecting this one. My conclusion was that this one offered the best balance of quality and value for the money. It is very stable, quiet, and easy to operate. It totally meets our desire for a near gym quality treadmill at home. My wife and I love the iFit Live. iFit Live and the associated website are still a bit of work in progress, but I'm sure it will only get better with time. My wife and I love the iFit live workouts and how the system automatically tracks your progress. More could be done, however, to judge your fitness level and develop a program to meet your goals. The current system appears to be a set of pre-programmed workouts over 8 weeks each set at different levels. The user selects his/her desired level and the system takes over from there. Also, the section for tracking calorie intake is way too basic. Overall the treadmill is a great value.
