Comments: One is always leary when purchasing items like this online - but not with ProForm. Best buying expereice ever! Product arrived within two weeks of shipping. Contstruction was very straight forward (alone took 3 hours). Unit works better than expected and I use it every day. iFit live is a great addition - especially the ability to build your own maps. Customer service is EXCELLENT. You cannot go wrong with a purchase from ProForm.
