Comments: I wanted a machine that was smooth in operation and kept my feet parallel to the floor. This machine did just that, plus it has an adjustable ramp to allow for changes in muscles worked. Helping me with improved fitness and weight loss. I use it in conjunction with cycling. The two exercises complement each other well.
