Comments: I have the module for bike and it is the best thing that has happen to my weight loss journey. The ifit module has a new workout that is downloaded daily so you never get bored with the workouts. I love it because it has pushed me beyond my limits to get fit and feel good about the workout that I have done for the day. I also have ifit on my treadmill and it does the same thing every time I get on there is a new route downloaded and it takes me to many places right in my own home.
