Comments: my son 13 and myself,started it the same day i received it,inclined it and put the speed on 2/3.my son lost about 10 pounds and his body is and looks strong,and now can even do push ups and never could before, because he was overweight,and i lost man i don't know,but all the pants i had put up cause they didn't fit,now fits,other people notice and ask me,are you losing weight,and i say maybe,i cant see my self,and now i can even run on the thread,man feels good, what a great deal i got.
