Comments: Great elliptical. I'm a 31 yr old female and put it together myself. Just as described except for the adjustable stride? I don't think it is adjustable. There is no mention of it being adjustable in the manual. The programmed workouts are great. Only complaint would be the fan. It isn't adjustable so it doesn't hit me directly in the face.
