Comments: Very happy. As described. Manual is very week as far as assiting you to operate if you are unfamiliar with Elipticals. I did call customer support and they were helpful. The stride is adjustable but not intuitive. Fan is very weak. Smooth and quiet. Assemble as described. Arrived with a little damage because the box they ship in is not strong enough for weight. It was cosmetic damage only so I let it go but trucking company was will to help me file a claim.
