More than Satisfied!

Comments: I was so excited when I first received my Elliptical 710 E. I am a 27 year old woman and I put it together with the help of another friend girl. The directions were fairly easy and assembly took about 2 to 3 hours. After the first couple of uses there was a scrubbing sound. I call customer service and they sent a technician out to look at it. Apparently one of the pieces wasn't properly on. He put it on, tightened it, and inspected the machine. It has worked perfectly since! Very quiet, very smooth!! Customer service is amazing and the product itself speaks volumes!! I would definitely recommend investing in a Proform product 1st and foremost if you want quality for your money! I would even more suggest the 710 E because I personally own one, but I would most likely stand behind any of their products.
