# ProForm

> ProForm is an exercise equipment company, manufacturing connected home fitness equipment — treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, and rowers — integrated with the iFIT training platform. ProForm is a brand of iFIT Inc., which also produces NordicTrack and Freemotion equipment. ProForm machines pair with an iFIT membership for guided, instructor-led workouts that automatically adjust machine speed, incline, resistance, and decline in real time via SmartAdjust™.

All international ProForm sites are on their own separate domains (e.g. www.proformfitness.co.uk), not subdirectories of www.proform.com. See "International Sites" below.
