Our Shipping Terms
Digital Delivery - Your order has been delivered via email. Please check your inbox.
Processing - Your order has not shipped out of the warehouse yet. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship assuming inventory is available. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped the usual delivery time is 10-14 business days and you will receive a call from the shipping company to set up the delivery.
Shipped - Your order has shipped out. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. The delivery company will call you to set up a delivery time.
Partially Shipped - Part of your order has shipped. Please check back in 1-3 business days for an update.

Room of Choice Delivery & Assembly - Your product(s) will be delivered into any room you choose and assembled by our professional team of White Glove delivery and assembly technicians. All packaging will be hauled away.
Delivery Team - This is our shipping partner that will be handling your order from shipment to delivery. You will receive a call from them 24-48hrs before your delivery to schedule a delivery time that works for you.
