Betina Gozo is a full-time personal trainer, group trainer, and independent contractor in Portland, Oregon, where she also works at the Nike® World Headquarters. As an ACE® and NASM® Certified Personal Trainer, Betina has taught everything from Zumba® to HIIT classes. She’s also a Nike® Master Trainer, having led workout classes and live events throughout the United States for as many as 500 people. Betina’s training philosophies stem from functional movement as she strives to provide the tools and movement education each individual needs to live their healthiest and best life.
Betina promotes doing only what feels right for you, and she incorporates this way of thinking into her iFit workouts.

In this intermediate 4-week program, you’ll focus on improving your endurance with interval runs all the while exploring iconic locations like the holy grounds of Wat Arun Temple in Bangkok, Ko Phi Phi Island, and Kanta Elephant Sanctuary in Chiang Mai.
And for those busy days ahead, access Betina’s Total-Body Intervals on your iFit app. She’ll push you through five exercises, three times through. Get ready for a quick full-body workout using your dumbbells in this quick 15-minute workout.
Calling all sprinters––check out Betina’s Calorie-Blasting Sprints workout. She’ll lead you through a series of flat sprints, incline sprints, and dumbbell exercises.
